Location great. Rooms very big compared to standard Japan sizes.

I dont like having to hand the key in at reception every time I leave the hotel. It makes me feel as if anyone can access my room, especially since when we arrived back to pick up the key the staff did not even ask our names or for ID.

Affordable adult hotel with a huge room and bath

Huge room compared to others in Japan. Cool spa bath with bubbles and lights. It's an adult hotel. 24 hr convenience store next door. Excellent staff and very clean.

Not as close to Dontonburi as we thought. I didn't like the neighborhood. Bed was way too hard and pillows were flat. No WiFi!

I love everything about it, it’s nice the bed is good, the shower and bathtub was great!

I went there for my prewedding pictures, in one afternoon my camera mans and make up artist needed to come upstairs to our bedrooms for the touched up makeup and changing the clothes. But the employees doesn’t allow anyone else’s coming upstairs to the bedroom. It was a bit annoying but manageable.

Big room, nice staff and will stay here again!

This is my third times here. Room size is like 2 times bigger than other hotel in Osaka. Location was great, very near to dotombori and kuromon market. Just 5 minute walk to the Gulico sign. There are massage chairs for free to use in there lobby. The hotel is near to the nippombashi station. Staff was really nice to us.

The hotel once be a love hotel and still be used by local people like a love hotel. But the hotel separate the zone for long stay guest. Hotel should have service to discard broken baggage. We need to take it back to our home and it is a lot more inconvenient to travel.

Clean and well located hotel for exploring Osaka

Hotel was in a great location for exploring Osaka. Close to the metro and the Dontonbori area. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very large and clean. It had a Jacuzzi, fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. Basic, but nice hotel for the price.

Karaoke machine and slot machine in the room didn't work. The bed was very hard.

We checked in and then checked out around half an hour later. When we entered the hotel the whole place smelled of smoke, although they can air freshen your rooms there are no areas that are specifically non-smoking, and it seems like the smell has already penetrated everything. After arriving I was struck by the fact that you could pay 'hourly' for a room, could get room cleaning more than once a day and there was a picture of each room on a lightboard on the entrance wall. Didnt take us long to realise that whilst this place may be transitioning to a 'business' hotel it still have the vibe and functions as a love hotel. Everything is also old and worn out, so its not even a modern looking love hotel, rather than a seedy hotel you would see in an old movie. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful. We had arrived early and wanted to leave our bags, and he didnt seem to know what to do with them so dumped them in an open corner. I had read booking.com reviews prior to booking however hadnt read enough. If you are considering staying here I would recommend reading further to all the negative reviews. As two young females travelling we felt very uncomfortable in this hotel and were not reassured by our interaction with the receptionist. It is absolutely not worth the price. We checked out and found somewhere else far better for the same price.

It’s not a place to go for anyone. We were very sad to arrive and realize that the hotel is definitely not a business hotel but a shade love hotel.

Pretty decent and spacious love hotel right near Dotonburi area.

It's a love hotel, and there are many in the area (seems to be a red-light district). Room and bathroom were very big and comfortable, staff were nice and available at desk 24/7. Towels and amenities provided every day.

Although we specified we wanted a non-smoking room, the first room we were give had clearly been smoked in. Owner came and sprayed air freshener, but after an hour we still couldn't stand the cigarette smell and asked to change rooms. Next room was fine. Floor foyer areas all smell like smoke though.

Possibly the weirdest hotel we’ve ever stayed in (Love hotel...

Possibly the weirdest hotel we’ve ever stayed in (Love hotel with remote controlled lights, slot machine, Karaoke inthe room). The staff are really nice and helpful. The location is really close to Dotonbori. It does look pretty a bit dated though but the rooms are HUGE. Like REALLY HUGE. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower (shower and hot tub). Even the room itself is really big.

Renovated love hotel

The room was very big compared to standard Japan hotels. The bathroom is comfortable with big Japanese bathtub. The location is very good in Namba area.

It was a love hotel recently transformed to a “normal” hotel. Which means there were no facilities at the hotel besides the room. I wound recommended for a family. A solo traveler or couple will be ok.

It was a very nice stay.

I love how the staff handling customer complaints and needs. Very nice and warm.

Too bad because not all bedrooms has wifi, so we must make sure that our room have wifi connection. BUT, the staff was very helpful and switch our room with wifi facility.

I love my stay!

The staffs were really kind and helping, though they weren't really good at english. And free parking lot was great! The room was really colorful and big and they even have their own karaoke machine (it's a love hotel). They have two hairdryers! The room was spacious, also the bathroom. Very big.

The smell of the room, too fragrant.

Great stay for several nights

The room & bathroom are big, comfortable and clean. All toilet accessories are present: conditioner, tooth brush, shampoo, etc. Location is great: near metro & famous walking street Dotombori with nice restaurants, bars, shops.

There is no wi-fi in room, only at lobby.
